1980s ALGO Boutique black velvet and sequin halter dress | small

This beautiful flirty black velvet halter dress is extra special with a gorgeous application of silver ball beads and black sequins across the bust. The halter neck closure is secured with two rhinestone buttons in the back and the dress closes with a centre back zipper. Features a small built-in crinoline which creates a lovely swing to the skirt. Dress is lined. Perfect for any party!
